Responsibility

Responsibility is a value that is in the consciousness of the person who lets you reflect, manage, guide and evaluate the consequences of their actions. Implemented, the magnitude of such actions and how to address them in the most positive and comprehensive manner to help in the future is established.
A person is characterized by its responsibility because it has the power not only to take a series of decisions consciously, but also to take any implications those decisions and is responsible for them to whom it may concern at all times.

Commitment

Valentine's Day is a traditional celebration that has been assimilated by the Roman Catholic Church with the appointment of Valentine as the patron of enamorados.1 It became popular in many countries, and in modern times especially in Anglo-Saxon expanding to other places from the twentieth century mainly day loving couples express their love and affection to each other. It is celebrated on February 14, feast day of St. Valentine. In some countries known as Valentine's Day and in others as the day of love and friendship.

The feast of St. Valentine was declared for the first time around the year 498 by Pope Gelasius I. According to the Catholic Encyclopedia, the saint whose feast fell on the day now known as Valentine's Day was possibly one of the three martyrs executed Roman times, the first two in the second half of the third century, during the reign of emperor Claudius II:
A Roman physician who became a priest and married soldiers, even though it was forbidden by the emperor Claudius "Gothic" that he considered incompatible with the profession of arms. The emperor ordered beheading in 270. Very venerated in France, in the diocese of Jumièges.2

Dominican War of Independence

The Dominican Independence War was the historical process leading to the proclamation of the Dominican Republic and its separation from Haiti in February 1844. During the 22 years preceding independence, the whole island of Spanish was under the rule of Haiti, as a result of the occupation of this country of Haiti Spanish state emerged briefly in 1822 in the eastern part of the island.

After the efforts of Dominican patriots to wean the country from Haitian rule, several military actions that occurred between 1844 and 1856 ended up consolidating the republic as a new state. Haitians tried several times to re-master the newly created republic with failed results until 1867 Haiti recognized the Dominican independence.
